    Nice location and room but the mattresses seem quite old and uncomfy

    Avoid this place like the plague rooms are extremely small and what i can only guess is a walk in robe converted to a ensuite ,the bed was extremely uncomfortable and if that wasn't bad enough you have to put up with the bright fluorescent sign outside.On a good note go to the Bark mill tavern meal was one of the best we had in Tasmania.

    Rude manager/owner. Shower broken. Horrible place. We decided to leave rather than stay the night.

    Small rooms, got super cold at night... The beds were just weird.

    Nice stay however the rooms could do with more insulation and heating as it was extremely cold
